We're currently looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join us in our leading events agency. The Corporate Account Manager role would be full time with a competitive salary and based in our London SE1 office.
THE COMPANY:
Based in a buzzing office close to Tower Bridge in the heart of London, Chillisauce is an exciting, sociable and fast-growing events company in a fantastic location in SE1. We pride ourselves on delivering a range of innovative, forward-thinking and often exclusive experiences and activities for companies across the UK.
Our corporate events department organises over 700 corporate events and team building days for major blue chip clients such as Deloitte, Facebook, and Barclays.
THE ROLE::
The role of the Account Manager is to primarily manage and develop key client accounts and service inbound event enquiries.
The enquiry process involves dealing with clients to understand their exact needs. Building trust respect and rapport and providing the right solutions to suit all requirements. The Account Manager is directly responsible for managing clients from the point of enquiry to confirmation.
The Account Manager will also be managing core accounts to maintain and develop healthy relationships to help grow business levels.
They will be based from our London office but must be happy to travel to meet clients throughout the UK and sometimes Europe.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Reactively manage inbound phone and website enquiries.
* Produce suitable proposals and quotes for all in bound enquiries.
* Manage the sales cycle for each and every enquiry to optimise and maximize the ability to win the business.
*Create bespoke event solutions to suit the client’s needs (where appropriate).
* Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best practice and best price.
* ‘Pitch’ to clients in a creative Chillisauce way to inspire and motivate them to select us to deliver their event.
* Attend industry networking events in order to generate new contacts and new relationships with potential future clients.
* Work closely with the Project Management team to efficiently and professionally transition the client from Account Manager to Project Manager
CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a background in sales or account management with a proven track record of success and target driven results.
Events experience is desirable but not essential.
They must demonstrate the following:
* Results driven and hungry to succeed
* Excellent relationship and communications skills
* Excellent written English
* Confident and self-motivated
* A creative mind and not afraid to think out of the box.
* Diligent and willing to go the extra mile
* Competent in face to face meetings
* Good social skills with the ability to quickly forge strong relationship
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
* £22k - £30k base salary (dependant on experience) + commission.
First year OTE: £35k - £38k
Second Year OTE: £40k – £45k
