Who we need
Our successful candidates will have at least one year’s experience at Restaurant Manager level, with stellar references and a work history reflective of continued progression. An appetite for learning and a ‘Kaizen’ attitude to your development is! We are looking for responsible, dependable souls who maintain a sense of calm under pressure, HUGE warmth and friendliness, can demonstrate a strong understanding of ‘TEAM’ and take ownership of their performance and that of the restaurant.

*A friendly, out-going and energetic personality – a big smile and great hospitality comes naturally to you.
*experience in Open Table, Resdiary, or Collins or a similar reservation system.
*Comfortable using Word and Excel
*Excellent written and spoken communication – professional at all times.
*Great organisational experience and the ability to multi-task at a fast pace.
*Great personal presentation, but we invite you wear your own clothes and have fun.
*Must be keen on great food and drink
*As part of our management team, you must be comfortable delivering service and product training, helping keep our team at the top of their game.
