Coordinator Apprentice in Early Careers Team

Short Description:
The Early Careers Coordinator is a Pret role model of providing accurate administration, organisation and communication for all aspects of Early Careers initiatives.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum grade C-A* in five GCSE, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills level 2 in both). You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages.
Note: The qualification is most suitable for recent school leavers and non-graduates.
Business and Administration level 3 (White Hat will deliver the qualification training)
Location: London Victoria.
Full Description:
1. Early Careers Initiatives
Coordinate all Early Careers initiatives, both existing and new. Produce briefing packs for all stakeholders involved in early careers initiatives (e.g. Young people, teachers etc.). Design, issue and evaluate pre- and post-experience questionnaires for all early careers initiatives. Prepare a post-programme evaluation and improvement report for each early career initiative. Maintain a database of priority schools and career organisations and coordinate the annual timetable for visits and talks. Produce progress reports and ad hoc reports. Attend meetings, activities and career fairs, when required.
2. Apprenticeships
First point of contact for all Training Provider and learner queries, responding in a timely and professional way. Supporting the apprenticeship team when needed.
3. Marketing and PR
Co-ordinate online and social media advertising and attraction activity for all of our programs. Work closely with marketing and PR to ensure that our website, social media and communications channels are kept up-to- date. Work with marketing team on other campaigns, as required.
Hours: You will be working full time, 45 hours per week, 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday), you must be 18 years and over.

2. Problem solving, adaptability, strong communication skills (written and verbal), creativity, accuracy, experience working with digital learning solutions, happy to travel for work.
3. Efficient administration skills

5. Problem solving and ability to work through complex issues
