We are looking for someone to help with food prep. In the morning. Assisting the chefs prepare the delicious grub served at Kastner and Ovens during a busy lunch. Then washing up and general cleaning. You must have an interest in good food and a desire to learn cooking and preparation methods.
The kitchen porter is the key to a happy kitchen. You will need to be super organised and able to manage your own area. Your duties will include helping with food prep, washing all dishes, pots and pans, keeping the kitchen clean, organising the stock rooms, responsibility for the closing cleaning and checks.
