We are looking for a reliable, organised, cool headed individual to permanently join our team. Working 35-40 hours a week with some weekends (daytime only).
We require an experienced kitchen cook, who can cope under pressure making sandwiches and salads. They must be able to work well, communicating in a small team, as well as working independently to get the job done to the required standard. 1 years experience required in a similar role.
We are a busy cafe so the role can be demanding but also satisfying. You would be a support for the head chef who will be preparing hot brunches and baking.
We are a close team who are dedicated to giving our loyal customers good quality food and great service.
You will be responsible for keeping cleaning standards high throughout the day as well closing the kitchen at the end of the day following cleaning procedures. Dishwashing is also part of the job as it is for everyone.
If you have experience on a sandwich section or starter/dessert section and enjoy good home cooked food, we would love to hear from you. A happy, hardworking, sociable candidate with a good sense if humour will fit in perfectly.
Location
Pickled Pantry in Surbiton, Surrey, good transport links. The ideal candidate will need to be within a 45 min commute from Surbiton
