Experienced cook/chef wanted to work in a small busy kitchen in the heart of Shoreditch.
Fantastic opportunity for an upcoming chef with good ideas to make their voice heard.
Must have 2 + years kitchen experience. Level 2 Food Hygiene a plus, but training will be given.
Must have experience with grill, Fryer etc and be willing to work by oneself in a small kitchen.
Must speak fluent English.
Duties to include: managing stock, ordering, cleaning, keeping a level 5 hygiene rating, menu management, delivery of fantastic food.
Decent wage, bonus, + staff meals included.
