We are a small but busy Vegan/Vegetarian cafe in Hackney. We are looking for a talented cook with loads of ideas and creativity to take an already popular spot even further.
You are expected to have worked in a busy cafe/restaurant environment that deals with fresh and seasonal produce. Working under pressure is vital as it gets very busy with absolutely no pattern at all.
You will be working closely with the owner on menu compilation and ideas.
The hours are pretty easy, usually from 8am - 4pm
You will be expected to work one weekend day but occasionally when the other cook is on holiday you will need to do both weekend days.
