Ricky Paul Flowers are a floral design company based in East London. Due to substantial growth of our contrfacts business we are looking for an experienced florist with the desire and ability to lead a contracts team. You must have floristry experience, excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and demonstrate a natural flair for design.
The role will involve purchasing, budgeting, design-planning, styling designs and installing arrangements off-site as well as supervising and organising freelance florists. Managing client relationships is an essential aspect of this role so we would envisage the successful candidate to be out-going and confident with excellent communication skills. Being self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
If you have floristry experience, ideally dealing with contracts and are looking for an opportunity to take on more responsibility and new challenges, training and support will be provided.
A full clean UK driving licence and van driving experience is required.
Working days will include Saturday, Monday, Tuesday + one additional day with early starts!
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
