As a Contracts Coordinator/Office Administrator, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and organisational skills by tackling several different tasks at once.
The Contracts Coordinator/Office Administrator is a highly visible position, directly responsible for the daily processing, organisation, and management of repair orders, customer service and Client relationships as well as assisting in the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update databases and produce daily progress reports
• Review Repair Orders for accuracy, make and track changes needed
• Liaise with retailers, subcontractors and supervisors
• Build and maintain good rapport with clients
• Help with day to day running of office
• Provide a prompt, accurate, courteous and helpful response to all telephone and written enquiries
• Take on associated project work as directed by the Office Manager
• Taking minutes in meetings
• Tracking holiday
• You will be expected to monitor each job to ensure that the repair is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Deal with complaints and resolve efficiently
• Excellent communication skills are essential as you are the first point of contact for the company, liaising directly with tenants and taking calls from clients
• Help to plan, allocate and schedule repair work for operatives.
As a Coordinator/Administrator you will need to have:
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• The ability to think and react quickly
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Reliable, focused and friendly
• Good Team Player
• Attention to detail even under pressure
• Enthusiastic about learning new skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Ability to Multi-task
This is a full time, permanent role based in Forest Hill, London, SE23. Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a starting salary of £16,500 - £18,500 depending on experience.
