Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Performance Managers to join our team based in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum.
The Contract Performance Managers role:
To manage performance in order to deliver a top quartile responsive repairs service through effective management of the supply chain by providing technical expertise and guidance for repairs and maintenance related works to all Peabody Group properties, ensuring the delivery top quartile responsive repairs service to all Peabody Group residents.
Knowledge/skills required by the Contract Performance Managers:
- Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement.
- Proven time management and prioritisation skills.
- Proven experience and ability to deliver excellent customer care and valuing diversity.
- Proven attention to detail and ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and experience of Housing Management/Repairs databases.
- Ability to provide a customer focused repairs service and demonstrates commitment to customer service, satisfaction and diversity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to provide formal written reports and responses to formal complaints.
- Production of report from Housing Management/Repairs database.
- To ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to so that consistent and standard practice is achieved across the organisation.
- A commitment to continuing professional development.
experience required of our Contract Performance Manager:
- experience working in building repairs and maintenance within the repairs environment.
- experience of data management constructing and providing management reports.
