Established in 1980, Omni Facilities Management is a leading provider of outsourced services to over 150 hotels across the UK and Singapore. Employing over 4,000 people, Omni provides Housekeeping, Recruitment, Property and Software Services to major hotel groups including Inter Continental Hotels Group (IHG), Hilton, Marriott, Redefine BDL Hotels, Raffles, Shangri-La, Ritz-Carlton and Resorts World.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housekeeping Contract Manager in a fantastic five star hotel in Southwark.
Duties include:
• People Management and supervision of a diverse team
• Client liaison
• Monitoring and driving productivity
• Assisting the team in an operational hands on manner when required
• Responding to any guest queries
• Liaising with Suppliers
• Completion of any required paperwork and administration
Skills and experience required:
• Previous experience from either a Housekeeping Contract Manager / Head Housekeeper / Assistant Head Housekeeper role
• Previous people Management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Confidence and ability to quickly build rapport and confidence of the Client
We offer:
• up to £35,000 per annum
• 28 days holiday per annum
