We're looking for someone to join the Goodlord family for a short term period to help support our wonderful Configuration team. Our Configuration team plays an integral role within the tenancy process. Transforming agent’s old paper documents into intelligent and hassle free contracts, allowing tenants and landlords to agree to deals faster than the speed of light.
You'll focus on ensuring that documents provided by our new clients function and interact correctly with our online platform. A keen attention to detail, problem-solving ability and a task driven work ethic will all be key to this role.
Responsibilities
Assessing documents submitted to us and amending them to function within Goodlord
Learn to create bespoke branding for agencies platforms
Working across various platforms to verify specific details
Skills and experience
You're a quick learner who can get their head around with new systems and processes at a pace
You're technology literate and can jump between different tools as and when needed
You have strong organisational skills and a fantastic eye for detail
Ability to prioritise in an efficient manner
Past experience in data entry or quality control
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
