Hello, we’re Treatwell.
Here at Treatwell, we are changing the way people book their hair and beauty services. We make booking hair, beauty and spa treatments simple, effortless and fast – around the clock.
Today we are the biggest beauty bookings platform in Europe working with over 25,000 salons, processing over 1 million orders per month and operating across 11 countries. Our success to date is completely down to the 500 talented, passionate and brilliantly-talented people working together to harness the power of beauty, and the beauty of technology.
However, we are still not even close to being done. Today, less than 5% of hair and beauty is booked online - that’s tiny. We believe that booking online is inevitable and our mission is to give every customer their perfect hair and beauty experience.
But, for us to really fulfill our vision of revolutionising the industry we need to do something much more profound… we need to grow the entire industry and empower more people to feel good about themselves more often.
The Content Executive will be supporting the Supply Team on a 3 - 6 months project based in the London office. The primary focus will be to ensure that the venues on the UK Treatwell marketplace have accurate information, allowing customers to have the perfect booking experience. The easier it is to search, the more likely they are to book.
We’re looking for a keen eye for detail, a systematic approach to hitting targets everyday and as much enthusiasm for working in a growing team as being able to focus on individual assignments. A proactive person, we want you to take pride in making the venues convert as best they can to visitors on Treatwell.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the Venue Details are company compliant (the name, address, etc.)
Ensure the Venue Menu is correct (in terms of copy, brand tone of voice, descriptions, etc.)
Make sure the inventory is properly categorised (treatments are correctly tagged, sorted, etc.).
Knowledge, skills and experience:
experience in administrative work
Great personality; intuitive, personable, proactive and resourceful
Has great winning mentality and does everything to get the job done
Works very accurately and has good writing skills
Native level English, or native level Spanish with fluent English
Nice to have, but not necessary:
Previously used Salesforce
Interest in the Beauty industry
Perks:
Competitive salary
Flexible holiday policy
Kitchen stocked with breakfast, fruit and soft drinks
Fantastic regular social events
Work alongside a talented, friendly team in a central London office
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to making reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process as required, please add any adjustment requests to your application.
