We are excited to announce that we're recruiting for a Contact Centre Assistant. The main responsibilities of the role are to respond to enquiries raised from the public on all aspects of Sport Relief 18, providing information and support by email, telephone and via social media.
Where there is capacity within the team, the centre may also support the Campaign Management Team with administrative roles during the campaign.
