Ballycommon are looking for a Construction Resourcer/ Recruiter for our well-established private sector construction services company involving supply of labour based in Brentford, Middlesex.
The ideal candidate would have excellent organisational skills as well as being versatile.
Key parts to the role:
• Source candidates for current available roles using various resourcing methods.
• Ascertaining whether candidates have all required documents and make an initial assessment of their qualifications and experience.
• Constantly inviting operatives from all various trades into the office for registration.
• Emailing all candidates application forms.
• Processing application forms and certificates onto our database.
• Carry out reference and qualification checks.
Requirements:
• experience of resourcing or recruitment is a must.
• Knowledge of construction / construction trades
• Good and confident telephone manner since the majority of your dealings will be on the phone.
• Customer-service skills as you will deal with non-English speakers whose command of English may vary.
• Confidence in using Microsoft and basic database software.
• Good team spirit.
