Project manager urgently required for busy North London firm dealing mainly with domestic alterations. We operate in the North London area, so travel here and in surrounding areas will be required.
Successful applicant will be comfortable with generating and developing new leads, making contact with clients, assessing their needs and maintaining customer contact and support. Understanding of working drawings and general knowledge of current building practice and details essential. Ability to manage sub-contractors, communicate effectively and solve problems where necessary.
Own car and laptop needed and the ability to learn to use straight forward CRM and estimating software.
This will be a dynamic active role and we are looking for someone committed to developing our business and interested in furthering their careers. A genuine partnership role for the right person. We have current and up-coming work that we would like to position the new applicant for.
