Construction Labourer Required in London (CSCS Green Labourer Card Required - English Speaker Rqd).
Please note that you will have to have a full in date CSCS Green Labourer Card (minimum) and provide details for checking prior to getting onto site. Speaking English is a must as all of our team need to be able to communicate effectively for health and safety reasons as our operations include safety critical aspects that require full understanding.
This job is for a permanent role directly employed as a labourer that will join a team of post tensioned specialist operatives, intially the rate will be £10 per hour based on 48 hours a week. Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm. Operative must be on site and ready to work at 7.45am. Currently 2 sites based at Southbank and South Quay Plaza that I require labour for.
Rate will rise to £11 per hour after the first 4 weeks and then to £12 an hour after the first 8 weeks. Note that further increases thereafter will be dependant on operatives willingness to improve and take on more responsibility.
