Construction Director - London3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a Construction Director for a GBP150 million residential project in Central London Your New Company:One of the top 10 main contractors working within the centre of London producing luxury apartments Your New Role:Liaise with the Commercial Director regarding the appointment of suitable sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure adequate resource and expertise to achieve required quality standards within agreed timescales. Along with the MD, you will agree direction of build, you will Monitor and review in conjunction with Construction / Contracts Managers to ensure adherence to programme. What We Need From You:The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering the highest standard of work, you should also have a wealth of experience working for a residential developer and show exceptional industry knowledge.
