Coriander Buildings Ltd supplies clients within many construction areas from large scale new build developments through to smaller interior fit outs and refurbishments. 
Currently we are recruiting for a Delivery Driver role. The ideal candidate must have good knowledge and understanding of construction business and have a full driving license. Previous experience in the building industry is necessary as well as a good level of English and communication skills.
As the Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, preparing, cleaning, and operating a vehicle for delivery/collection duties. You will transport a wide variety of products to different sites/addresses as required while making sure that you meet road and traffic legislation standards.
As the Delivery Driver, you will perform the following tasks as required, these are not exhaustive:
• Delivering and/or collecting from sites, stores and/or suppliers
• Inspecting vehicle for operation
• Keep the vehicle clean and tidy
• Loading, unloading products
• Assisting the team on site if required
• Setting up of new building sites
• Assisting with removal of unwanted items
• Driving the vehicle through different routs
• Ordering materials
To be considered for the role you must have:
• Proven working experience as a construction/ building materials Delivery Driver
• Valid driver’s licence with no more that points
• Ability to drive in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work on your own with minimum supervision
• People skills to a top standard.
