The Role :
Holborn Recruitment are seeking a Contracts / Project Manager to join the team.
The chosen candidate will be working on refurbishment /fit-out / new build projects in commercial and residential, sectors ranging in size from £250,000 to £3m.
The Company :
The Client is a small design build specialist contractor and developer based working on projects in Central London.
We have successfully completed projects in London and the Home Counties and have a proven track record of delivering building projects of all sizes.
The company is privately owned, run, financially strong with no loans or third party investment.
Jobholder Requirements:
10 + years’ experience in construction
Educated to diploma / Degree level Construction related subject
Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously ranging in value from £50,000 to 3m, from initial planning through to completion
Stable, proven track record within Main Contracting / Construction
experience in managing individual and teams of tradesmen as well as sub-contractors
Previous employment in a similar role with a similar or larger contractor.
Solid knowledge of Subcontractors operating in the London market
RICS/CIOB member preferable but not essential
Complete literacy, numeracy and fluent in IT packages
The office is a short walk from Holborn or Chancery Lane tube station.
