Based in North West London, we are a growing commercial building company.  We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to provide support across all areas within the business.
This is an exciting and busy role that you can really make your own.  Your remit will consist of a variety of duties, including, full support and expense management, maintaining relationships with suppliers, handling incoming calls, dealing with client queries, compiling Health and Safety Documentation and providing admin support across the office to include the ordering of materials for the various projects.
The ideal candidate will have similar Administrative experience and be exceptionally personable with strong communication skills.   We are looking for a real team player who enjoys "mucking in" and being that "go to person".
