What will I be doing?

Supervise Conference and Banqueting operations.
Communicate and delegate tasks to the team.
Ensure compliance of brand standards
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Represent needs of the team
Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating great customer service.

As a Conference and Banqueting Operations Supervisor you will work 5 days per week, including, but not always, weekends and bank holidays.

What are We are looking for?

Previous C and E Supervisory experience
Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
Positive attitude
Previous experience in hotel industry
Previous experience in supervising and/or delegation.
Good communication skills
