Our client is a prestigious global brand in the world of architecture and interior design, demanding 5 star service for all of their guests and on-site staff.  Bennett Hay are responsible for delivering a seamless guest service, exceeding guest expectations and creating a truly memorable experience.
As a Concierge/Security Officer  you will provide general security for the building providing a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors to the property.
You will:

Ensure the security of the building is not jeopardised in any way.
Be responsible for welcoming both staff and guests to the property.
Engage with visitors in a friendly, yet professional way to guarantee the best guest experience.
Communicate efficiently with all other members of staff, guests and onsite contractors.
Be responsible for distributing post and deliveries.

You will be the go-to person for our client with their support requests, providing a concierge service of the highest standard.

What are We are looking for?
Previous Concierge/Security experience is essential.
You will have a smart and professional manner, and appearance.
You will be flexible to step in and support wherever needed.
Reliable and trustworthiness are important to us.
You will have a very good understanding of the English Language both written and verbal.
You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of excellent Customer Service.
Basic computer skills and experience of CCTV supervision .
Previous experience in a prestigious corporate environment will be a definite advantage.
What we offer.

A salary of £31,000 , Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm.
