Merco Medical is an award winning medical and health care staffing agency. We are based in SW London, near Wimbledon. Due to planned growth, we are seeking to appoint an additional compliance Officer within our Primary Care division. experience in medical compliance is desirable but not essential.
If you think you have the skills, experience and attitude we need, then we’d love to hear from you. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
• Contacting candidates via phone and e-mail to request documentation
• Briefing candidates on the compliance process as per framework requirements and offering general advice
• Maintaining and updating our database
• Assisting with nurse interviews when required
• Requesting professional references and DBS checks
• Advising and booking candidates for necessary courses
• Assisting the compliance and Sales Departments as necessary
This is a fast paced environment, you must be organised, communicate well and have excellent attention to detail. You will be IT literate; able to use the internet and e-mails to support your role.
In return, you will be offered:
• Salary from £20k to £24k DOE + performance based commission
• 20 days holiday pa (plus bank holidays), increasing by 1 day each year to max.25 days
• Working hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, 1 hr lunch
• Office culture is friendly and lively
