Phoenix Resourcing Services is hiring a compliance Administrator to be a key part of streamlining the communications and purchasing process between Finance, Operations and Vendors.
In this role, you will be dealing with the day to day compliance of invoicing, candidates, placements and client portals.
You will need to be very confident on the phone, happy to work as part of a team and good with numbers.
The compliance Administrator will have responsibility for:
•Chasing purchase orders.
•Running, checking and maintaining compliance reports.
•Running weekly compliance on client portals.
Additionally, the candidate will be expected to comply with all other company policies
experience and Skills
A very high level of experience in Excel is essential. This is critical as the job depends on formulae driven Excel reports.
The individual must have demonstrable experience working within a fast-paced sales organisation and be comfortable with managing a high volume and fluctuating workload.
Attention to detail is critical, along with the ability to work methodically and efficiently when under pressure.
Full training will be given on all aspects of the job role, but you must be able to hit the ground running.
Desirable
•Basic understanding of invoices and how they relate to purchase orders and the processes performed by a sales team.

Essential
•Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
•Analytical mind / attention to detail.
•Proactive approach to managing work priorities and deadlines.
•Highly motivated with ability to work under pressure.
•Be a team player but also can work independently.
Job Type: Full-time - 08 h00 to 17 h30 with an hour lunch.
Salary: £21k-£23k / year based on experience plus an achievable annual bonus of £2000 (paid quarterly)
