Company Secretarial Administrator
This is a temporary role for 3 months full time 9pm – 5pm, to assist and work with the PA to the Company Secretarial Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensuring full consistent governance support at the following meetings:
• Board
• Committee
• Executive Team
• Leadership team
2. Full administrative support to the Board including
3. Assist with the servicing and scheduling of meetings, including Board away days, Board, Committee, Board Task and Finish Groups, Executive Team, Leadership, Annual General Meetings and the company all-staff meetings including (but not limited to):
4. Taking minutes at Human Resources grievance and disciplinary hearings as required by the Head of Human Resources
5. Maintaining Board member files and records,
6. Maintaining governance areas of the intranet and website
7. Ensure all submissions and returns are made to Companies House, or any other body, in accordance with legal requirements or applicable codes (in particular, the Companies Act 2006);
8. Respond to request for information/documentation from Executive Team.
9. Maintaining all registers and minutes, ensuring they registers are filed correctly, including seals, tenders, gifts and hospitality and minutes are correctly filed in the Company Secretary folder, with a hard copy of Board minutes filed safely for auditors
10. Undertaking any other administrative tasks in support or on behalf of the Director of Finance and Resources or Company Secretariat Officer.
