Jamie Oliver’s Barbecoa is currently looking for a talented individual to join our fantastic team at our new Piccadilly restaurant.
About Barbecoa:
We’re all about bringing beautiful slow-cooked, dry-aged meat, amazing cocktails, great wine and probably the most outrageous desserts in London, to life.
Our roots are steeped in techniques of old, with a focus on rare-breed meat and dry ageing, using the best free-range and organic produce from incredible farmers – all cooked over fire and smoke. Jamie himself describes us as being “the sexiest steakhouse on the planet”.
As well as serving amazing food and drink, we also have some fantastic people, too. We invest a lot of time and effort in training, we offer opportunities to attend sourcing and wine-tasting trips in the UK and Europe. Plus, this year is going to be a very exciting time at Barbecoa with the opening of new restaurants in London and internationally – and you could be a part of it!
Our ideal candidate has:
A passion for learning about food and drink
The ability to work in a high-volume restaurant and can work under pressure
Good spoken English and the ability to communicate effectively
Hard-working, can-do attitude
Previous restaurant experience

Proven experience
Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
Ability to work under pressure
Good command of the English language, with the ability to communicate confidently
