Charlotte's Group is an independent, award-winning, leading British hospitality group, with 3 different sites in West London and we are currently recruiting for a part-time Commis Waiter at Charlotte's W5, Ealing Broadway.
Charlotte's W5 - a 200 capacity modern local hub in Ealing Broadway open 8am to midnight 7 days a week serving a brunch menu and small plates concept, opened in February 2021, Michelin Bib Gourmand winner and shortlisted for R200 and Restaurant and Bar Design Awards.
Job Details:
This a part-time, permanent position. You would be required to Friday, Saturday and Sunday days/evenings, the role would offer approximately 25 - 30 hours.
Expect the typical earliest start time to be 8 am and the latest/approximate finish time to be up to 1 am.
The main duty of a Commis Waiter involves simplifying the waiters job by stocking up wait stations, clearing and relaying tables, delivering food and polishing cutlery.
