ROKA - Commis Waiter

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and passionate Commis Waiter to join the ROKA family.

Following the enormous success of Zuma London, Rainer Becker quickly recognised the huge popularity of robatayaki cuisine and opened ROKA Charlotte Street in 2004, ROKA Canary Wharf in 2009, ROKA Mayfair in February 2014 and ROKA Aldwych in October 2014. With future global expansion planned for the brand, there is no better time to join the family as we propel the world of luxury hospitality to new heights.
This means that your role as Commis Waiter is really important!
The Commis Waiter Role:
This position is an entry waiting position where you will help the restaurant team, set tables, undertake cleaning duties, run food to the guest and participate in the daily service of the restaurant. Training is provided and if you excel at this level there are many opportunities to develop within our restaurant.
Candidates should possess the personality and passion to deliver our unique product and superior level of customer service. A strong level of English is required. Successful candidates must be confident and at ease in a high end environment whilst maintaining an accessible approach.
This is a full time position based on 7 shifts per week – working both nights and weekend hours.
