Commis Waiter
Pay starts at £8/hour. Previous experience is not necessary nor is an understanding of Japanese food but a willing to learn is a must.
Waiter
Pay starts at £9/hour. Previous experience as a waiter is a must although a previous knowledge of Japanese food is not necessary.
Bartender
Pay from £10 + depending on experience. Previous experience and a good knowledge of cocktails is beneficial although can be taught.
