Your responsibilities as aCommis Waiter/Waitress will include:-Take care of guest satisfaction by service and product delivery according to the guidelines of Park Plaza Hotels and long-term and short-term goals of the Food and Beverage department- Set up and prepare the restaurant- Welcome and greet all guests in a friendly, Smiley, professional and welcoming manner- Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked throughout lunch and dinner service- Ensure all orders are put through Micros system to the correct table or bill at all times We are looking for The ideal Commis Waiter/Waitress will:- Be passionate about exceeding guest expectations- Have customer facing experience- Able to work in a fast paced working environment- experience in a high volume food and beverage department/outlet- Able to meet customer needs quickly and efficiently- Has a strong understanding of food and beverage service techniques- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion! We offer Our people mean the world to us, and we only recruit the best.
