Novikov Restaurant and Bar is located in the heart of Mayfair and it is one of the most popular and successful restaurants in Central London.
Novikov Restaurant and Bar has two fine - dining restaurants and a stylish Lounge Bar.
A real feature of the Novikov Asian Restaurant is its open kitchen. Fronted by an amazing display of seafood and vegetables, it evokes the atmosphere of an Asian food market. The menu uses novel flavours and texture combinations, inspired by Modern Asian and Japanese cuisine.
At Novikov Italian we offer an indulgent menu of regional Italian dishes with a contemporary twist. We pride ourselves on the top quality of produce and taste.
We pride ourselves on the quality of ingredients and taste. We pioneer the highest quality fish importation from all over the world resulting in superior produce. We also work closely with Brent Eleigh Walled Garden to have the very best English produce, which is hand picked and delivered to our Mayfair restaurant within hours.
Job Role
As a Commis Sommelier you will be expected to:
• Support the Sommelier team with all aspects of the wine service in the restaurant and private dining room.
• Transfer wines between cellars and service areas.
• Refill the ice buckets and ensuring wine glasses are ready and available throughout service.
• Support wine cellar and storage management.
• Ensure the Sommelier station is kept stocked throughout service.
