ROKA - Commis Pastry Chef

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and passionate Commis Pastry Chef to join the ROKA family at the award winning ROKA restaurants.

Following the enormous success of Zuma London, Rainer Becker quickly recognised the huge popularity of robatayaki cuisine and opened ROKA Charlotte Street in 2004, ROKA Canary Wharf in 2009, ROKA Mayfair in February 2014 and ROKA Aldwych in October 2014. With future global expansion planned for the brand, there is no better time to join the family as we propel the world of luxury hospitality to new heights.
This means that your role as Commis Pastry Chef is really important!
The Commis Pastry Chef Role:
Candidates will ideally have 1-2 years previous experience working in a busy kitchen in London, preferably within Asian cuisine, although training will be provided. The successful candidate will have the passion to prepare dishes of the highest quality and a desire to acquire new skills. Catering qualifications are desirable but not essential.
