The Benefits: In addition to your salary, we pay for extra shifts that you work, two days off in a row and if you dine in any of our venues we offer 50% off the total bill (up to two people).
On top of this, your trial will be paid for if you are successful.
And if you recommend a new member of the team – we give you £250!
A knock off drink at the end of each shift.

Support and Training: With the senior chefs we work hard to develop and grow our chefs into leaders. With trips to local suppliers and master classes, we offer the chance to be involved in everything we do. We promote happy, healthy working environments.
The Team: 20 Chefs in the team
The Kitchen: Top of the range equipment with an open kitchen that looks out onto the restaurant.
The Service: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, 7 days a week
The Covers: 234 covers in total including an outside terrace and private dining room
The Offering: Seasonal menu which changes every 6 weeks with Daily Specials using local suppliers and producers
Being Creative: You will have the ability to create daily specials for the venue which is signed off by the Head Chef
