The 10 Cases is a small independent restaurant in central London with a focus on seasonal food and an ever changing wine list. We are recognised as one of London's leading wine Bistrots and all our food is produced fresh on the premises.
We are a small team of 6 chefs working 4 split shifts a week, the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
We are looking for a junior chef to join us who has a genuine interest in increasing their knowledge and can keep up with the quick pace of the kitchen.
Our main menu changes on a monthly basis and we have special boards which change more frequently so you will be introduced to a lot of new techniques and produce.
There is definite potential for promotion within the company for the right candidate. We have recently opened a new seafood restaurant Parsons  just across the street which has received very positive reviews.
Some experience in good quality establishments is required.
