Executive chef, Jean-Philippe Blondet, interprets Alain Ducasse's cuisine with a refined approach, consistently championing and enhancing current seasonal produce, much of which is sourced from British and French suppliers. The ideal Commis de Rang will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service and display excellence in personal grooming and presentation

You will also be responsible for the mise-en-place and table set up before service and the speedy delivery of the food during service
*
Barista training will be provided in-house and you must be at ease organizing teas and coffees at the highest standards
*
Being a 3* Michelin restaurant, our guests expectations are very high so we require our Commis de Rang to be committed to working hard and show determination and anticipation at every moment during the service
