Our seven locations - Covent Garden, Soho, Islington, Bayswater, Camden Town, Earls Court and Selfridges - offer memorable dining experiences, delicious Indian cuisine, exciting interiors and stylish hospitality.
We are pioneers of Indian street food in London restaurants. Unusually, we offer genuine Indian food from the true sources – the gourmet homes and street Stalls across India – prepared by skilled chefs from the cuisine’s region.
Masala Zone is recruiting experienced Commis-Chefs, to join our professional teams.
The ideal candidate should have
• Some experience of working in a kitchen
• experience in grilling and frying
• Intermediate English or above is essential
• Well organised and positive person
• Genuine passion for food and the willingness to learn about our exciting Indian cuisine
• General food preparation
• Chopping and preparation of vegetables
• Helping with service
• Some cleaning and washing up
We have both Full Time (approximately 40 hours per week) and Part Time (a minimum of 16 hours per week) available. You will need the flexibility to be able to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
