Flesh and Buns was the first restaurant in London dedicated to steamed buns and Japanese drinking food. It is a Japanese-inspired Izakaya concept where you can eat, drink Japanese beer and relax to the sound of Bone Daddies signature old-school Rock!
We are constantly looking for passionate CDP’s and Commis Chefs who are creative, committed and obsessed with quality ingredients and high standards. You will work alongside the kitchen brigade to continuously produce our delicious dishes for our awaiting guests.
The ideal person will have at least 12 months’ experience in a high volume fresh-food kitchen. A real love of creating dishes from quality ingredients and a passion for constantly developing their own skills.
In return you will receive a competitive rate of pay (£20,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience), meals and drinks on shift, discount at all our restaurants, as well as the ability to develop your career with a company and cuisine that has exploded onto the London food scene.
