Commis Chef - Key responsibilities:
We would like our Commis Chef to:
Ensuring high standards of food preparation are upheld
Keeping your section clean and organised
Detailed knowledge of the menu
Have high standard of personal and profession hygiene
The Successful Commis Chef:
Will have at least 1 years’ experience at the level of application
experience working with a fresh and seasonal food
Enjoys working in a very busy environment
Excellent communicator
Builds effective and constructive relationships
Happy to work as part of a large team
