Fucina is part of the NZR-group, a London based company set up in 2013 which manages five restaurants in London and Miami, with an ambitious expansion plan to take our brands worldwide. We are immensely proud and passionate about all our brands: Fucina, Black Roe, Chotto Matte and Pantry Marylebone. Soon you could be a part of our amazing team.
Under the guidance of experienced Executive Chef Jordan Sclare and Head Chef Andrea Calarco’s creativity, Fucina, is where tradition meets innovation showcasing the evolution of Italian cuisine. Working with only the finest seasonal produce to create the finest seasonal dishes.
In the Fucina kitchen, chefs are trained on traditional methods, each dish is homemade. Our team learn a variety of skills including:

Fresh Pasta Dough, Trafila in Bronzo
Bread and Pizza creation
Saucier/Sauce
Ice Cream, and desserts
Wood burning BBQ fire, Fish and Meat
