Commis Chef / Chef de Partie
OTE £450 / week
This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic restaurant in a great location with a modern American menu. We’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic Commis Chef and Chef de Partie to join the existing team.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure and show a genuine passion for great presentation and food.
You will be expected to be focused, passionate, well organised with the ability to work under pressure. You must have previous experience in a medium / high volume restaurant.
Most importantly will be your genuine love of food and cooking ability with the emphasis on delivering well presented consistent dishes.
