Commis Chef and Chef de Partie – London 5* Hotel.
Our client is a 5* London Hotel which requires a Commis Chef and a Chef de Partie with the talent and ability to join its team of highly experienced chefs in their newly opened high end brasserie. The salary which is being offered for the successful candidate is £20,200 for Commis chef and £25,000 for CDP. These roles at this prestigious London Hotel are extremely important to the running of the a la Carte kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have:

A background in 4* or 5* Hotels or a luxury kitchen.
A passion for working and cooking with the finest fresh ingredients.
A desire to progress in a career in a leading 5* Hotel.
Confidence when working under pressure in an a la Carte kitchen.
Good communications skills and a good level of spoken English.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
