experience with modern European cuisine
Good communication skills
Calm and efficient under pressure
Flair for details
Both good team player
Food Hygiene Level 2 or above
The passion and desire to move forward in their career
Computer literate
Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK and have at least two recent references.
