Commis Chef / Demi Chef needed to start immediately,£8.50ph for every hour worked, pension, 28 days holiday, training in all sections of the kitchen other five star benefits.
The chosen candidate will have up to one of year experience in high standard of kitchen environment, has good knife skills, has a good understanding of food hygiene, health and safety in kitchen. There is the potential to be promoted to a chef de parties level within 6 months.
It is also accepted that the right candidate has great initiative, reliable, punctual and has a desire to develop as a professional chef.
It will be advantages to have some qualifications in kitchen management or NVQ level. General English language skills is essential and you are required to read orders, write assessments and understand given instructions.
In return you will be paid £8.50per hour, 40 hours per week, accommodation up to £55pw including all bills and three meals every day at the hotel, 5 straight shifts per week, 28 days holidays, on-going training from well-known chefs in the industry and first class career prospects.
