Commis chef duties will include
running the starters and dessert section
basic food preparation
good eye for plate design as it leaves the kitchen
maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
washing dishes, pots, pans etc through service.
Performing duties common to the position and other duties as maybe assigned.
following weekly cleaning schedules.
putting away deliveries.
cutting potatoes
must speak , read and write English to a good standard
must have all papers to work in the uk full time
must be able to comply with health and safety guidelines
shifts are days, evenings and weekends and the position is permanent
