We’re looking for Commis Chefs to join our ever expanding Dirty Martini teams across the capital!
Dirty Martini is an industry-leading cocktail brand with 8 venues across the UK, known for our bespoke cocktails and unique food offering. As a company, we pride ourselves on internal promotion and career progression. We provide extensive training and development available for all staff members, along with frequent skills testing to build and grow your knowledge.
What we are looking for in a Commis Chef:
You should be comfortable working in a high volume environment.
You must be passionate about producing the best food and have great skills in food presentation.
You should have a good understanding of food safety standards and procedures.
As well as possessing good communication skills, be hardworking, friendly and eager-to-learn and progress in the industry.
