Since April 2010 we have been providing the American Airlines London Heathrow first- and business-class lounges with an exclusive buffet-style menu.
rhubarb provides a fresh and dynamic complimentary lounge menu to travellers offering breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, with a buffet and a la Carte service available.
Using a range of British-sourced ingredients where possible, the menus also feature dishes available for those with dietary requirements. Rhubarb takes full ownership of the menu development, food preparation, presentation, front of house and customer management and interaction for all hospitality requirements.

We are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our fun and energetic team, so come and be a part of the story rhubarb is writing.
Job role
- Work with other chefs in all other sections within the kitchen such as sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery.
- Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef.
- You will be responsible for all food preparation work and basic cooking under the supervision of a chef de partie or section chef.

- You will possess excellent communication skills in English.
- You will be an excellent team player and listen to directions.
- Be creative and innovative!Immaculate grooming standards.
- Show drive and passion for producing good quality food!
