Bone Daddies is a casual dining, fast-growing group of creative Japanese-inspired restaurants across south west, central and East London. We are currently operating 5 ramen bars as well as 2 other Japanese brands within our group.

Due to internal development and ongoing expansion we are looking for a commis chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Old Street/Shoreditch.
The ideal person will have worked in a high-volume, fresh food kitchen for a minimum of 12 months. You will not need to be experienced with Japanese produce/cuisine as training will be provided, however a willingness to learn and a passion for food is essential. You will be hands on, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure under the direction of the Head Chef.
We operate a philosophy of promoting within and have goals of expanding our brand locally and nationally in the future, therefore there is opportunity to grow and develop your career with an expanding and reputable brand.
