We are currently in need of an experienced Commis chef to work in the starter section preparing and serving starters and desserts.
The candidates should:
- have at least 6 months experience in a busy kitchen
- have a passion for seasonal food and produce
- possess a positive attitude and good communication skills
- have very good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food preparation
- hold a valid work permit
