As the best coffee roaster in London, we work closely with producers around the world to source the cleanest, sweetest and freshest coffee possible, serving it to the highest standard in our three coffeebars and cafe. In our Clerkenwell cafe we also offer a simple and delicious menu for breakfast, lunch and brunch, working with seasonal produce and an everchanging menu. We hold our food up to the same high standard as our coffee and service, and are now looking for a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at a very exciting time.
The main responsibilities for our new chef will be to follow the preparation of the dishes as well as run a busy service during breakfast and lunch. The role includes keeping on top of cleaning tasks and health and safety regulations, making sure the kitchen remains spotlessly clean and organised. We are looking for someone passionate about cooking, and who is proactive and efficient - someone who will ensure that every dish leaving the pass is of the highest quality.
Our ideal candidates have experience in a similar role, but most importantly, have a positive attitude and an ability to work together with both the kitchen and the Front of House team. An interest in coffee is beneficial, as well as a willingness to contribute new dishes and menu ideas.
